Sommelier-Winemaker Collaboration with Attie Louw of Opstal Estate
Tasting Notes: Fresh apricots, Orange marmalade, Peach blossom. Powerful yet restrained, with balanced structure coming from fresh acidity and a touch of skin contact.
Winemaking Notes: Harvested and de-stemmed, transferred to tank to cold-soak on skins for 24 hours. Pressed into a combination of small, old French Oak and two reconditioned 3000L Oak Foudres, and allowed to ferment naturally.
